The arrival of our new DMG Mori NLX2500, with Gantry Loader suitable for billets up to 180mm and 10kg, is perfect for 100 plus batch sizes of turn/mill components.
This will enable us to automate manufacture of some of our more regular components and run well into the night, lights out.
More importantly this will add much needed capacity to satisfy growing demand.
